Item Generator — create working FiveM items in-game, in seconds, with no restarts
Item Generator is an in-game item creator for FiveM (QBCore / Qbox / ESX). Instead of editing items.lua, copying images by hand and restarting your inventory for every new item, your admins open a premium in-game panel, fill in the details, and the item is injected and usable instantly — no file editing, no server restart, no downtime for your players.
How you use it on your server
- An admin presses F10 (or
/nxitem) to open the creator panel in-game. - They type the item name and label, choose Object / Food / Drink, set weight, and drag & drop an image (auto-cropped and uploaded, or written as a local PNG for qs/qb inventories).
- Optionally they link a 3D prop that appears in the player's hand and place it precisely with a visual drag-arrow calibrator — no offset guessing.
- They hit Generate. The item is injected live: you can
/giveitemit and players can use it immediately. - For consumables, hunger/thirst and eat/drink animations are applied automatically. For deployables, using the item lets the player place the prop in the world (and pick it back up with ox_target).
Everything is managed from the panel: a list of created items with active/pending status, the generated Lua code (for reference), and edit/delete — so non-developers can build your server's item economy safely.
What makes it unique
- Zero-restart hot injection — most item creators still require a restart; this one doesn't.
- Visual in-hand prop calibrator (3D gizmo) — position props exactly without editing offsets by hand.

- Custom-prop sync — drop your
.ydrfiles, press Sync, and it auto-regenerates the.ytyp(fixing the hashed-archetype problem of online prop generators).
